This artwork by Loris Cecchini achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in London in February 2008. In the Contemporary Art Day Sale auction, the work Lost in Steps (greenpepperpowderscape) sold for GBP 8,750.00 (€ 11,444.66) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Loris Cecchini - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Stage Evidence (Untitled), which sold at auction in November 2007 for EUR 23,050.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Loris Cecchini erzielte im Februar 2008 bei Phillips in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Sale wurde die Arbeit Lost in Steps (greenpepperpowderscape) für GBP 8.750,00 (€ 11.444,66) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 5.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Loris Cecchini mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Stage Evidence (Untitled) beobachtet, die im November 2007 für EUR 23.050,00 versteigert wurde.
