Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Conversando a la luz del candil (Talking by candlelight) by Luis Graner was auctioned at Christies in London in June 2007. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 3,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 3,840.00 (€ 5,698.37). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Luis Graner achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spanish maria in November 2010 with an auction result of USD 92,500.00 (€ 70,957.35).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Conversando a la luz del candil (Talking by candlelight) von Luis Graner kam im Juni 2007 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 3.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 3.840,00 (€ 5.698,37) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Luis Graner erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Spanish maria im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 92.500,00 (€ 70.957,35).
