Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Snow Landscape, 1914 by Lin Shu was sold in the The Reverend Richard Fabian Collection of Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy II auction at Bonhams in Hong Kong in November 2020. The price achieved of HKD 38,250.00 (€ 4,129.77) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscapes in October 2014 with an auction result of HKD 687,500.00 (€ 70,780.13).
