Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Robert Strickland Thomas achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The British fleet in action at Trafalgar, with Nelson's Victory heavily engaged; and After the close of the action in October 2007 with an auction result of GBP 96,500.00 (€ 138,580.35).
