It achieved a price of HKD 150,000.00 (€ 17,127.98), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. Other works by Lian Liang have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 250,000.00 (€ 30,533.99) in November 2015 for the work Rock Amidst Lotus Pond.
