This work without title by Li Zhongsheng was auctioned at Christies in Taipei in October 2001. It achieved a price of TWD 493,500.00 (€ 15,859.17), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 65%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Li Zhongsheng achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work No. 31 in October 2001 with an auction result of TWD 6,237,500.00 (€ 200,448.96).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 65 % übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Li Zhongsheng kam im Oktober 2001 bei Christies in Taipeh zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von TWD 493.500,00 (€ 15.859,17) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 65%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Li Zhongsheng erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit No. 31 im Oktober 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von TWD 6.237.500,00 (€ 200.448,96).
