Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Li Zhongsheng was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2007. The price achieved of HKD 180,000.00 (€ 16,853.59) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 150,000.00 – 200,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Li Zhongsheng achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work No. 31 in October 2001 with an auction result of TWD 6,237,500.00 (€ 200,448.96).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Li Zhongsheng kam im April 2007 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 180.000,00 (€ 16.853,59) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 150.000,00 – 200.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Li Zhongsheng erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit No. 31 im Oktober 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von TWD 6.237.500,00 (€ 200.448,96).
