Auction result well in line with expectations
In November last year Phillips in Hong Kong held the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art & Design Day Sale in association with Yongle, which included this untitled work by Li Yuan-Chia. The price achieved of HKD 378,000.00 (€ 46,906.71) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 300,000.00 – 500,000.00. Other works by Li Yuan-Chia have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2017 the work UNTITLED was auctioned for HKD 687,500.00 (€ 78,503.25).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November letzten Jahres führte Phillips in Hong Kong die Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art & Design Day Sale in association with Yongle durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Li Yuan-Chia zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 378.000,00 (€ 46.906,71) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 300.000,00 – 500.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Li Yuan-Chia konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2017 die Arbeit UNTITLED für HKD 687.500,00 (€ 78.503,25) versteigert.
