Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Collective Picture by Li Tianbing was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2014. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 600,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 625,000.00 (€ 58,129.06). Admittedly, works by Li Tianbing have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Image Collective Devant La Porte in December 2007 with an auction result of GBP 180,500.00 (€ 245,268.88).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Collective Picture von Li Tianbing kam im April 2014 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 600.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 625.000,00 (€ 58.129,06) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Li Tianbing auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Image Collective Devant La Porte im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 180.500,00 (€ 245.268,88).
