Sold at the lower estimate price
The work Recitation #1 by Li Tianbing was sold in the Art Contemporain - Vente du Jour auction at Christies in Paris in December 2017. The result of EUR 15,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Li Tianbing achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Image Collective Devant La Porte in December 2007 with an auction result of GBP 180,500.00 (€ 245,268.88).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Recitation #1 von Li Tianbing wurde im Dezember 2017 in der Auktion Art Contemporain - Vente du Jour bei Christies in Paris versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 15.000,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Li Tianbing erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Image Collective Devant La Porte im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 180.500,00 (€ 245.268,88).
