Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2015 a collector was able to acquire the work Zhu De On A Bike by Li Songsong for HKD 600,000.00 (€ 69,342.41). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Asian Art at Sothebys in Hong Kong and was even below the estimate range of HKD 700,000.00 – 900,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Li Songsong have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work National Geographic in April 2013 with an auction result of HKD 5,750,000.00 (€ 562,860.72).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2015 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Zhu De On A Bike von Li Songsong für HKD 600.000,00 (€ 69.342,41) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Asian Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 700.000,00 – 900.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Li Songsong auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit National Geographic im April 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 5.750.000,00 (€ 562.860,72).
