Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Li Luming was auctioned at Phillips in London in December 2018. The price achieved of GBP 4,375.00 (€ 4,874.14) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,500.00 – 5,500.00. Admittedly, works by Li Luming have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Harvesting Wheat in September 2007 with an auction result of USD 37,000.00 (€ 26,021.52).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Li Luming kam im Dezember 2018 bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 4.375,00 (€ 4.874,14) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.500,00 – 5.500,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Li Luming auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Harvesting Wheat im September 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 37.000,00 (€ 26.021,52).
