Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A Day in May by Li Guijun was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2007. The price achieved of HKD 840,000.00 (€ 79,985.13) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 700,000.00 – 1,000,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Li Guijun achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 140 Art Studio in December 2013 with an auction result of CNY 7,080,000.00 (€ 848,839.54).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit A Day in May von Li Guijun kam im Mai 2007 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 840.000,00 (€ 79.985,13) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 700.000,00 – 1.000.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Li Guijun erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 140 Art Studio im Dezember 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CNY 7.080.000,00 (€ 848.839,54).
