Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2013 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction 20th Century Chinese Art, which included the work Season Of Dreams by Li Guijun. The price achieved of HKD 1,720,000.00 (€ 163,219.07) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 1,500,000.00 – 2,000,000.00. Admittedly, works by Li Guijun have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work 140 Art Studio in December 2013 with an auction result of CNY 7,080,000.00 (€ 848,839.54).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2013 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion 20th Century Chinese Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Season Of Dreams von Li Guijun zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 1.720.000,00 (€ 163.219,07) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 1.500.000,00 – 2.000.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Li Guijun auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit 140 Art Studio im Dezember 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CNY 7.080.000,00 (€ 848.839,54).
