Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Tempo Ferito by Leoncillo was auctioned at Sothebys in Milan in June 2020. The price achieved of EUR 62,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Leoncillo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Grande Mutilazione in November 2018 with an auction result of EUR 969,000.00.
