Auction result misses estimated price range
In October this year a collector was able to acquire the work 'G. (Paviljongerna)' by Leonard Forslund for SEK 16,000.00 (€ 1,355.03). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art & Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Leonard Forslund have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Hus i Öst, Hus i Nord, Hus i Väst, Hus i Syd" in October 2009 with an auction result of SEK 78,000.00 (€ 7,496.04).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit 'G. (Paviljongerna)' von Leonard Forslund für SEK 16.000,00 (€ 1.355,03) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Leonard Forslund auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Hus i Öst, Hus i Nord, Hus i Väst, Hus i Syd" im Oktober 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 78.000,00 (€ 7.496,04).
