Auction result misses estimated price range
In June this year a collector was able to acquire the work Untitled, 2007 by Leonard Forslund for DKK 4,000.00 (€ 537.00). This price was achieved in the auction Modern art and design at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 8,000.00 – 10,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Leonard Forslund achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Hus i Öst, Hus i Nord, Hus i Väst, Hus i Syd" in October 2009 with an auction result of SEK 78,000.00 (€ 7,496.04).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Untitled, 2007 von Leonard Forslund für DKK 4.000,00 (€ 537,00) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 8.000,00 – 10.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Leonard Forslund erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Hus i Öst, Hus i Nord, Hus i Väst, Hus i Syd" im Oktober 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 78.000,00 (€ 7.496,04).
