This artwork by León Ferrari achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in New York in August 2020. In the Latin American Art Online auction, the work without title sold for USD 15,000.00 (€ 12,567.02) - well above the upper estimate of USD 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by León Ferrari achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Grafismos, Flores Y Mariposas in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 225,000.00 (€ 201,811.82).

Dieses Kunstwerk von León Ferrari erzielte im August 2020 bei Christies in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Latin American Art Online wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für USD 15.000,00 (€ 12.567,02) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von León Ferrari erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Grafismos, Flores Y Mariposas im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 225.000,00 (€ 201.811,82).
