Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of SEK 48,000.00 (€ 5,168.57) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as SEK 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Leif-Erik Nygards - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Marilyn Monroe, Bel Air Hotel, June 27th 1962", which sold at auction in November 2012 for SEK 90,000.00 (€ 10,383.55).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von SEK 48.000,00 (€ 5.168,57) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit SEK 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden.
