Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Latiff Mohidin was sold in the Modern & Contemporary Southeast Asian Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2015. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 280,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 300,000.00 (€ 34,671.21). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Latiff Mohidin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in April 2015 for HKD 1,062,500.00 (€ 122,793.85).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Latiff Mohidin wurde im April 2015 in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary Southeast Asian Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 280.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 300.000,00 (€ 34.671,21) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Latiff Mohidin mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im April 2015 für HKD 1.062.500,00 (€ 122.793,85) versteigert wurde.
