This artwork by Lou Bo'An achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2006. In the Fine Modern and Contemporary Chinese Paintings I & II auction, the work Landscape sold for HKD 504,000.00 (€ 50,623.86) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 200,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lou Bo'An - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Landscape, which sold at auction in November 2011 for HKD 1,736,000.00 (€ 166,076.86).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Lou Bo'An erzielte im Mai 2006 bei Christies in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Modern and Contemporary Chinese Paintings I & II wurde die Arbeit Landscape für HKD 504.000,00 (€ 50.623,86) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 200.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Lou Bo'An mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Landscape beobachtet, die im November 2011 für HKD 1.736.000,00 (€ 166.076,86) versteigert wurde.
