Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Unknown by Lan Yinding was sold in the Chinese Ceramics and Works of Art auction at Christies in London in November 2003. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,527.50 (€ 2,192.75). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lan Yinding achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Living beside the river in October 2002 with an auction result of HKD 478,000.00 (€ 62,017.61).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Unknown von Lan Yinding wurde im November 2003 in der Auktion Chinese Ceramics and Works of Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 1.527,50 (€ 2.192,75) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lan Yinding erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Living beside the river im Oktober 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 478.000,00 (€ 62.017,61).
