Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Lan Yinding achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2013. In the Fine Chinese Modern Paintings auction, the work Misty Landscape sold for HKD 125,000.00 (€ 11,851.39) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Lan Yinding have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Living beside the river in October 2002 with an auction result of HKD 478,000.00 (€ 62,017.61).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Lan Yinding erzielte im November 2013 bei Christies in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings wurde die Arbeit Misty Landscape für HKD 125.000,00 (€ 11.851,39) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 60.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lan Yinding auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Living beside the river im Oktober 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 478.000,00 (€ 62.017,61).
