This artwork by Kurt Kauper achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in New York in February 2018. In the New Now auction, the work Diva Fiction #10 sold for USD 50,000.00 (€ 40,946.69) - well above the upper estimate of USD 22,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Kurt Kauper; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Cary Grant #3 sold at auction in December 2021 with the realized price of USD 69,300.00 (€ 61,229.90).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Kurt Kauper erzielte im Februar 2018 bei Phillips in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion New Now wurde die Arbeit Diva Fiction #10 für USD 50.000,00 (€ 40.946,69) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 22.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Kurt Kauper; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Cary Grant #3 im Dezember 2021 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 69.300,00 (€ 61.229,90).
