In the Modern British and Irish Art auction, the work In Spate, Cricklade sold for GBP 2,295.00 (€ 2,563.72) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,200.00. Admittedly, works by Kurt Jackson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Rabbit Fence, Wind Break, Runner Beans in March this year with an auction result of GBP 15,300.00 (€ 17,406.71).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Kurt Jackson erzielte im Dezember 2020 bei Bonhams in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern British and Irish Art wurde die Arbeit In Spate, Cricklade für GBP 2.295,00 (€ 2.563,72) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.200,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Kurt Jackson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Rabbit Fence, Wind Break, Runner Beans im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 15.300,00 (€ 17.406,71).
