Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Split Flowers Positive by Kunié Sugiura was sold in the Photographs Day Sale auction at Phillips in New York in April 2015. The price achieved of USD 3,750.00 (€ 3,359.61) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Kunié Sugiura have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work View from Dakota in May 2018 with an auction result of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 22,774.64).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Split Flowers Positive von Kunié Sugiura wurde im April 2015 in der Auktion Photographs Day Sale bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 3.750,00 (€ 3.359,61) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Kunié Sugiura auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit View from Dakota im Mai 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.000,00 (€ 22.774,64).
