Sold at the lower estimate price
The work Portrait Of A Youth by Konstantin Makovsky was sold in the Russian Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in November 2017. The result of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 17,027.23) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Konstantin Makovsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Blind Man'S Bluff in November 2018 with an auction result of GBP 4,287,400.00 (€ 4,836,056.95).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Portrait Of A Youth von Konstantin Makovsky wurde im November 2017 in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 15.000,00 (€ 17.027,23) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Konstantin Makovsky erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Blind Man'S Bluff im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 4.287.400,00 (€ 4.836.056,95).
