This artwork by Konstantin Makovsky achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in November 2021. In the Russian Pictures auction, the work Odalisque sold for GBP 214,200.00 (€ 251,490.95) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 120,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Konstantin Makovsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Blind Man'S Bluff in November 2018 with an auction result of GBP 4,287,400.00 (€ 4,836,056.95).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Konstantin Makovsky erzielte im November 2021 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Russian Pictures wurde die Arbeit Odalisque für GBP 214.200,00 (€ 251.490,95) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 120.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Konstantin Makovsky erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Blind Man'S Bluff im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 4.287.400,00 (€ 4.836.056,95).
