It achieved a price of GBP 6,875.00 (€ 7,658.96), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 72%. Admittedly, works by Kishio Suga have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Protrusion Series "Gaps in Surroundings" in December 2020 with an auction result of HKD 627,500.00 (€ 66,187.65).

Die Arbeit View of Distant Space von Kishio Suga kam im Oktober 2016 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 6.875,00 (€ 7.658,96) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 72%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Kishio Suga auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Protrusion Series "Gaps in Surroundings" im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 627.500,00 (€ 66.187,65).
