Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2020 Bonhams in Hong Kong held the auction Southeast Asian Modern & Contemporary Art, which included the work Floating Market by Kid Kosolawat. The price achieved of HKD 35,625.00 (€ 3,945.76) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 25,000.00 – 45,000.00. Other works by Kid Kosolawat have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2014 the work Landscape was auctioned for HKD 60,000.00 (€ 6,177.17).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2020 führte Bonhams in Hong Kong die Auktion Southeast Asian Modern & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Floating Market von Kid Kosolawat zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 35.625,00 (€ 3.945,76) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 25.000,00 – 45.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Kid Kosolawat konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2014 die Arbeit Landscape für HKD 60.000,00 (€ 6.177,17) versteigert.
