Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2014 Phillips in London held the auction Contemporary Day Sale, which included the work Good Morning by Kerstin Brätsch. It changed hands for a price of GBP 18,750.00 (€ 23,649.65) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Other works by Kerstin Brätsch have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2012 the work Quasi in rem was auctioned for GBP 32,450.00 (€ 40,180.83).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli 2014 führte Phillips in London die Auktion Contemporary Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Good Morning von Kerstin Brätsch zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 18.750,00 (€ 23.649,65) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Kerstin Brätsch konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juni 2012 die Arbeit Quasi in rem für GBP 32.450,00 (€ 40.180,83) versteigert.
