Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Blacky Blocked Radiants Sunbathed. Double Sided Painting From Glow Rod Tanning Series by Kerstin Brätsch was sold in the First Open | London auction at Christies in London in April 2016. The price achieved of GBP 12,500.00 (€ 15,978.72) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Kerstin Brätsch - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Quasi in rem, which sold at auction in June 2012 for GBP 32,450.00 (€ 40,180.83).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 12.500,00 (€ 15.978,72) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden.
