Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Screw Mobile (Unlimited) by Kenneth Martin was sold in the Made in Britain auction at Sothebys in London in March 2020. The price achieved of GBP 4,375.00 (€ 4,940.27) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Kenneth Martin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Chance and Order 18 (Black) in October 2021 with an auction result of GBP 87,500.00 (€ 103,663.87).
