Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Don't Think About Her When You're Trying to Drive by Kenneth Price was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in January 2024. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 1,000.00 – 1,500.00, the actual price achieved of USD 1,088.00 (€ 950.88) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Kenneth Price achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work M. Green in May this year with an auction result of USD 554,400.00 (€ 520,367.94).
