Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Hertford Estate by Keith Coventry was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2021. The price achieved of GBP 25,200.00 (€ 29,587.17) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Keith Coventry - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Nice - Vue de l'Escalier le Sage, which sold at auction in January 2020 for GBP 65,000.00 (€ 77,316.78).
