In the 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale auction, the work Fender Showman Amp with Cabinet #1 (Screaming Hand) changed hands for USD 28,750.00 (€ 27,220.22) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Other works by Kaz Oshiro have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in November 2014 by the work File Cabinets (black/black) at USD 52,500.00 (€ 42,209.36).
