Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2019 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Contemporary Art & Design, which included the work "Fönstret III" by Karin Broos. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of SEK 250,000.00 – 300,000.00, the actual price achieved of SEK 260,000.00 (€ 24,633.81) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Karin Broos have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October this year the work 'Den röda soffan 2' ('The red sofa') was auctioned for SEK 500,000.00 (€ 42,344.81).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2019 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Contemporary Art & Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Fönstret III" von Karin Broos zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 250.000,00 – 300.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von SEK 260.000,00 (€ 24.633,81) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Karin Broos konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres die Arbeit 'Den röda soffan 2' ('The red sofa') für SEK 500.000,00 (€ 42.344,81) versteigert.
