The work Untitled (Lady) by Kamrul Hasan was sold in the South Asian Modern + Contemporary Art Online auction at Christies in New York in March 2021. It achieved a price of USD 7,500.00 (€ 6,386.78), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Kamrul Hasan; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Untitled (Mother and Child with Attendants) sold at auction in September 2011 with the realized price of USD 15,000.00 (€ 11,153.25).

Die Arbeit Untitled (Lady) von Kamrul Hasan wurde im März 2021 in der Auktion South Asian Modern + Contemporary Art Online bei Christies in New York versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 7.500,00 (€ 6.386,78) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Kamrul Hasan; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Untitled (Mother and Child with Attendants) im September 2011 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 15.000,00 (€ 11.153,25).
