Auction result well in line with expectations
In March this year Christies in New York held the auction South Asian Modern + Contemporary Art Online, which included the work Untitled (Bulls And Birds) by Kamrul Hasan. The price achieved of USD 10,080.00 (€ 9,271.52) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Other works by Kamrul Hasan have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in September 2011 the work Untitled (Mother and Child with Attendants) was auctioned for USD 15,000.00 (€ 11,153.25).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 10.080,00 (€ 9.271,52) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden.
