Auction result misses estimated price range
In July 2018 a collector was able to acquire the work Sploosh by Justin Adian for USD 3,750.00 (€ 3,203.49). This price was achieved in the auction Phillips x Artsy: Summer School 2018 at Phillips in an online auction and was even below the estimate range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Justin Adian achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Non-Site Healing in November 2014 with an auction result of USD 52,500.00 (€ 42,209.36).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juli 2018 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Sploosh von Justin Adian für USD 3.750,00 (€ 3.203,49) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Phillips x Artsy: Summer School 2018 bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Justin Adian erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Non-Site Healing im November 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 52.500,00 (€ 42.209,36).
