In the American Paintings, Drawings & Sculpture auction, the work A Bit Of New England sold for USD 53,125.00 (€ 38,302.09) - well above the upper estimate of USD 25,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Julian Alden Weir achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nassau, Bahamas in May 2018 with an auction result of USD 459,000.00 (€ 393,316.20).
