Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work "Man by the lake", 2004 by Julia Peirone for SEK 10,000.00 (€ 1,162.61). This price was achieved in the auction The Spring Contemporary, Stockholm at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Julia Peirone have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in May 2013 by the work "Girl with plastic earring", 2004 at SEK 16,000.00 (€ 1,860.18).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2013 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Man by the lake", 2004 von Julia Peirone für SEK 10.000,00 (€ 1.162,61) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion The Spring Contemporary, Stockholm bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Julia Peirone wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Mai 2013 die Arbeit "Girl with plastic earring", 2004 mit SEK 16.000,00 (€ 1.860,18).
