In the California Art auction, the work Along the Canal, Paris (Ile Saint-Louis, Paris) changed hands for USD 8,960.00 (€ 8,266.45) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jules Eugène Pages have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sur le zinc in October 2016 with an auction result of USD 56,250.00 (€ 51,313.63).
