In the Latin American Art Online auction, the work A Multiple: Against Shadows and A Multiple: Do Your Own Concert sold for USD 40,000.00 (€ 33,512.06) - well above the upper estimate of USD 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Juan Downey - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Chilean Nitrate Of Soda Potash, which sold at auction in May 2019 for USD 100,000.00 (€ 89,694.14).
