In November last year Phillips in New York held the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale, Afternoon Session, which included the work So It Goes A by Josh Sperling. The price achieved of USD 60,480.00 (€ 58,587.62) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Other works by Josh Sperling have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2020 the work Team Player was auctioned for USD 118,750.00 (€ 107,001.26).
