Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Josef Istler was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in June 2003. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 900.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 956.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Josef Istler achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in April 2014 with an auction result of SEK 160,000.00 (€ 17,730.35).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Josef Istler kam im Juni 2003 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 900,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 956,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Josef Istler erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im April 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 160.000,00 (€ 17.730,35).
