However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Josef Bartuška - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Ohne Titel (Frau mit Gasmaske)., which sold at auction in May 2014 for EUR 4,500.00.
Kunstwerk zum Dreifachen des oberen Schätzpreises versteigert
Als die Arbeit Ohne Titel (Wasserspiegelung). von Josef Bartuška im Mai 2014 bei Grisebach versteigert wurde, übertraf das Ergebnis die Erwartungen um ein Vielfaches. Der obere Schätzpreis war mit – rückwirkend betrachtet recht bescheidenen – EUR 500,00 angesetzt, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis hingegen war mit EUR 1.750,00 mehr als dreimal so hoch.
