In the The House Sale auction, the work Verdant Landcape With A River sold for USD 3,000.00 (€ 2,054.37) - well above the upper estimate of USD 1,600.00. Admittedly, works by José Weiss have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work September On The Arun in October 2013 with an auction result of USD 15,000.00 (€ 11,034.28).
