The result of GBP 1,000.00 (€ 1,206.93) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by José Weiss have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work September On The Arun in October 2013 with an auction result of USD 15,000.00 (€ 11,034.28).
