A top price for José Weiss - as previously expected
In October 2013 Christies in New York held the auction 19th Century European Art, which included the work September On The Arun by José Weiss. The auction ended at the price of USD 15,000.00 (€ 11,034.28), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, September On The Arun is the most expensive artwork by José Weiss that we have observed at auctions so far.
